LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Angels employee who reportedly provided opioids to Tyler Skaggs issued a statement Sunday saying that cooperating with federal authorities was "the right thing to do" and that "it's time for everybody to stand up and take responsibility for their respective roles" in the pitcher's drug-related death.
