Summary
In every organization, there are many people involved in the creation of projects of various types. These projects are targeted towards the customers and end users who will be using the products and deliverables of an organization or an enterprise or a company. Many times, it happens that there is a requirement for a change in the idea of a particular project. When a project is started, the first phase is always the objective are the goal of a project because without having an objective it is nearly impossible to work on a project and execute a product. For an example, if a footwear company wants to create a new series of shoes then the company should be aware of the goal which is behind the production of shoes. Shoes can be made for casual use or walk as well as they can also be created for
