About this ebook

Test My English. Avancé - Jenny Smith
Chapter 1: Pilates Lessons
Part One
Questions: (Five Points)
Has she retired from her main career?
Did she have loads of money?
How many times a week did she do Pilates?
What was the advert?
How many regular students does she have?
Speaking:
Well when I retired, I thought I would not really need to work again but I did get a bit bored. I was also a bit low on money and I was afraid that if I was a bit low on money, I wouldn't be able to pursue some of my very cherished activities. One of those cherished activities was doing Pilates once a week. I saw an advert in the local paper to train as a Pilates teacher. So, I rang up to see if that would be a possibility, and lo and behold, it was. So I trained as a Pilates teacher and started, first of all just renting a room in a local community center, putting an ad in the local paper and slowly slowly, I built up a class of about ten regulars.
Answers:
Yes, she is retired from her main career.
No, she did not have loads of
