My name is Saida Adjodha, But as a writer i am known as Renee Anderson. I started writing as a teenager. Mainly poems and short novel stories. I started to write a lot in newsletters for companies, but my passion was still with poetry bundles and health mostly. After my discovery of cancer I started to do a lot of research in healthy nutrition and lifestyle .Over the years I started to study nutrition and health and I followed various training, courses and seminars on nutrition and all kinds of researches in sports muscle growth and nutrition combined with influences of chronicle diseases.
