Introduction
While the problems people face in health are individualistic, all human beings are subject to the same basic needs. These are less toxins and more nutrients. The human body is incredibly resilient. Like all living things, it has the potential to use any impulse for healing. It can and often will heal if the impulses are consistent with natural law.
The community of healthcare ideas are deep waters and continues to grow as new scientific information is discovered. Distracting social media ads and other marketing ploys continue to vie for our attention in an attempt to capture our thoughts and wage war in favor of mainstream dogma. Thankfully, freedom of speech and the freedom to think has been deemed just
and fair
. If we can start there, lies within the disease care
model can’t live forever.
Health is not a commodity. Health is a God-given right. It is your natural heritage. We were created for this world and this world was created for us. We are genetically programmed to adapt to our environment throughout the seasons of life. This includes healing and natural resistance to pathogenic infection.
But why do people get sick? That’s the target I’m aiming at here.
The famous physiologist Claude Bernard exclaims, Diseases hover about us, seeds blown by the wind; but they do not take root unless the soil is ready to receive them.
¹
Health is not something sitting pretty on a shelf with decorative discounted
sales tags and a clever logo. Health is an ideal first, something we all think we should
attain. Any should
in life carries with it moral responsibility. Truth claims can be so inconvenient, can’t they? Health follows a mindset, even demands a type of thinking as discussed in future chapters.
It’s time to jump on the natural healthcare bandwagon.
Can health be restored? Can health be maintained? Thousands of case studies pointing to the affirmative validate these claims.
I digress to the null hypothesis, n=1 or that nature heals only if toxicities are eliminated and proper nutrition is available. There is a bigger story to health than the one most conventional models are telling. It certainly is frustrating to see capitalized markets that stop serving communities and start claiming ownership. If nature heals, then health advice should steer the consumer back to nature. This includes both physical and psychological health. It is well documented that people have far greater satisfaction to natural remedies related to healthcare for a reason.² Recommending nature-based therapies instead of politically charged health schedules is rational and necessary.
Sometimes, all that is needed is a new perspective. Please allow me to offer you one.
Chapter 1:
Natural R’ Us
It’s true that you can’t win every race you enter. You can’t expect to be the best
when it comes to every skill you try, or every new adventure you set out to explore.
Sometimes, things just don’t go your way. Life tends to keep us in it’s grips- indeed at its whims.
Let’s think together. Can you say that everything you have ever set out to accomplish went as planned? Have you ever experienced a few setbacks?
You’ve found many successes too. You have gotten a taste of hard work and reward. A teacher once commented, there is nothing more satisfying than overcoming something extremely difficult.
It was his ploy to get us to not give up
on our studies. Those words of wisdom kept me in the game and still ring true in my heart as I pursue my goals with this in mind.
Natural healthcare is easy to come by and simple. There are only two rules.
To put it briefly, remove the toxic parts of your life and replace them with the things that bring healing, reward, long life, energy, creativity, passion, a sense of accomplishment. Replace the toxic
with the things that will add value to your life, time to your favorite activities and alpha waves to brain function. Invest in
