Spring recipes from Soul Food Organic

Spring is sometimes called the ‘hungry gap’ because newly planted vegetables are too small to harvest yet, and summer fruit isn’t ready either. But there are still winter vegetables to make use of at this time. Thanks to Andy Crowe, head chef at Soul Food Organic, Wanaka, for these delicious recipes starring nutritious veges – plus a little sweet treat to enjoy for afters. Congratulations to Paul O’Hara and the team at Soul Food for being in business for 20 years!
