Winter wellness

There is a common misconception that ill health is brought on by cold temperatures and the turn of the season. However, viruses are prevalent all year round and it is more likely that our chances of catching viruses and infections increase because our habits change in the colder months. It’s important to maintain a strong immune system year-round, so that when winter comes and you spend more time inside and fewer hours out in the sunshine getting the all-important vitamin D, your body is protected.
