    Shallots   2 pc

    Vine tomatoes  4 pcs

    olive oil   2 tbsp

    Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp

    Water   2 tbsp

    Sugar

    salt

    Black pepper

    Cream cheese, natural 200 g

    Milk   2 tbsp

    Turkey breast fillets 600 g

    Mini Romaine  2 pc

    Preparation

Drain the corn into a sieve. Halve, peel and finely dice the shallots. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove the stalk and dice them into 1 cm pieces.

Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, water and sugar in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add shallots, tomatoes and corn, mix everything and set aside to pull through.

In another bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of milk with a whisk until smooth and season with salt and pepper.

Wash the turkey breast fillets; pat dry, first cut into slices and then crosswise into approx. 2 cm thin strips and salt. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a high heat in a medium frying pan and fry the turkey strips all around for about 3 minutes. Then pepper and finish frying at a low setting for approx. 6 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Remove the stalk of the Romaine lettuce, cut into thin strips about 0.5 cm across, wash and spin dry. Put the Romaine lettuce in the bowl with the corn salad and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange turkey strips on plates, spread BBQ dip over them and serve with corn salad.
