About this ebook

Rich and Successful people are different than you and me.
How are they different, though? This list of 100 rich and Successful habits will teach you how to become successful and put you on the path to wealth.

Most of these things are habits. My take on this is that Successful people have good habits. Habits that make them more successful, healthier, and smarter. And those things can help you accumulate wealth. Once you have achieved a certain level of success, you can focus on yourself rather than on money.

Discipline seems to be the other thing all of these qualities have in common. It takes more discipline to cook a healthy meal than to order take out. It takes more discipline to save money than to spend it.  Let’s take a look at each of the habits.

100 Habits of Rich, Happy and Successful People - Bisma Basma

    life.

    CHAPTER ONE

    Health and fitness

There is nothing better to start your personal development than to start with your health. After all, health is one of the most important aspects of life. Taking care of your health is the first step on the road to personal development.

    1. Eat breakfast: start the day with a quick breakfast. Fruit and yogurt, muesli and milk or whole grain cracker and jam. You are guaranteed to start the day off right.

    2. Relax in the morning: get up a few minutes earlier and take advantage of this extra time. Enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise, spend a few more minutes in the shower, or take an energetic stroll around the neighborhood to awaken your heart. A few more minutes in the morning can make a big difference.

    3. Exercise with a friend: Exercise releases endorphins, which can make you feel lighter, as well as keeping you healthy. However, it can sometimes be complicated to start exercising immediately after waking up. Having a friend to chat with during the exercise can make it much more enjoyable. Training with a friend will keep you motivated and in a good mood for the rest of the day.

    4. Don't drink water, enjoy the water: tap water is very good most of the time. But mineral water is much better. It is important to drink 2 liters of water each day. But it shouldn't be a chore. Add ice cubes, lemon juice

squeezed or a few mint leaves and enjoy your water with a nice straw to make it more pleasant.

    5. Take vitamins every day. Of course, the best vitamins you will eat will come from the fruits and vegetables you eat every day.

    6. Hide (or throw away) the scale: a scale is the only ingredient necessary for disaster recovery, when it comes to personal development. Hide it. Throw it away and forget about it. There are more important things you have to worry about. If you feel good on the inside, it will show on the outside, no matter what that damn balance might tell you.

    7. Stop smoking, even if it may seem difficult. If you are a heavy smoker, start small and get the help you need. Start already by reducing the number of cigarettes you smoke to be healthier and improve your lifestyle.

    8. Aim for 30: it is recommended by health professionals to do 30 minutes of exercise per day. This involves small changes in your life such as incorporating a walk into your end-of-day activities, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and riding the bike to work once in a while.

    9. Stretch: Stretching can keep your muscles relaxed and helps relieve stress.

    10. Follow a food guide: health professionals have set recommendations for daily nutrition. Try to eat two servings of fruit, five servings of vegetables, dairy, and protein each day.

    11. Give yourself rewards (in moderation): one rewards per week is necessary for all your efforts to lead a healthy life. Reward yourself with something you love like light ice cream or chocolate. On the road to personal development, there is always time to stop and eat a little dessert.

    12. Accept aging: many people find it hard to accept that their bodies are aging. It is important to understand that aging is a natural phenomenon. Learn to love your wrinkles, gray hair and withered skin. George Clooney, Harrison Ford, Demi Moore, Sharon Stone and Brad Pitt are all over 40 and have never looked better!

    13. Limit your alcohol consumption: drinking a glass of wine at dinner is fine. However, if you drink a whole bottle of wine every night or worse, if you get drunk, you cause serious damage to your body. If you want to drink, be responsible. Make sure you have a designated driver or taxi, and drink plenty of water during the evening.

    14. Do not neglect your oral hygiene: make brushing your teeth a habit, use dental floss and mouthwash without alcohol and sugar daily. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but nobody likes losing their teeth either.

    15. Relax: Being healthy isn't just about to do,

to do. You also have to stop, relax and de-stress. Occasional stress is inevitable. The best way to deal with stress is to push it away for a few minutes, let your body relax and attack it head on.

    16. Invest in your sleep. Sleep is important. This is why it can be good to reward yourself with a night's sleep in luxurious sheets, a perfectly firm mattress and comfortable comforters. Your bed is the charger for your battery. Make sure everything is in perfect condition.

    17. Be creative with food: diversity makes life more interesting, and it couldn't be truer than in the kitchen. Share recipes with friends, go to online cooking forums and have fun with your food. You can eat a healthy (and affordable) diet that doesn't just consist of brown rice, grilled chicken and salad. Spice it up!

    18. If you are sick, be sick: so many people try to go to work despite the illness. Getting sick is often the way

your body tells you that you are working too much. You will heal faster if you accept being sick and taking a break. In addition, you will not contaminate the people around you. In the case of a cold, grab a box of tissues, take a large glass of water and sit in a blanket in front of your television. Then take advantage of the moment and let your body heal, warm!

    Spirit, Reason and Soul

Not everything happens in the body. To improve yourself, you also need to improve your mind, your reason and your soul.

    19. Develop tolerance and patience: people make mistakes. The first step to be at peace in society and improve your self is to develop tolerance towards what is happening around you.

    20. Meditate: try to find time to meditate 15 minutes each day. If you don't like the idea, practice deep antistressor breathing once a day. This helps blood circulation and significantly reduces the level of stress.

    21. Volunteer: Volunteering for a good cause is not only good for your personal development, but also for others. Find something you are passionate about and give your time or some of your money. There are thousands of associations and charities that you could help, such as the SPA, the fight against breast cancer and
