      सब कुछ वो ही समझता है ।।

      सहती है करती है घुटती है ।

      तब भी बस करती रहती है ।।

      आता है बुढ़ापा रोने को ।

      रोते रोते सो जाती है ।।

      सारी कोमलता तो बट चुकतीं है।

      पत्थर ,कंकर ,काँटे ही वो ।।

      बस अपने लिए संजोती है ।

      बस ये ही व्यथा है नारी की ।।

      जो मन को उद्वेलित करती है ।

      आओ मिलकर प्रण करे।।

      नारी है या नर है हम ।

      विरोध करेंगे हर पग पर ।।

      तुम हो एक वीर पुरुष ।

      नारी से ही जन्मे हो ।।

      नारी का सम्मान करो ।

      नारी ही जीवन दाता है ।।

      तो नारी में ही सुख दुख समाता है ।
