    I wanted to trade successfully, basically, make enough money to retire the mortgage, etc. that was what started my trading.  This book is the end of my learning.  Not to disappoint you, I am a trader of stocks, options, and Forex who has made a lot and lost a lot.  Does that sound familiar?  To get off the up and down trading elevator, I got pissed and determined to succeed.  I started with going over my trades, reviewed the primary education material, and truthfully there were a few things I had either missed or forgotten. I read, back tested, and keep a detailed journal.  All the time I spent on the trading elevator, I was coached to, keep a journal, and analyze my trades.  Well, sometimes, I did, and sometimes I did not.  I also added to losing trades going past stop losses; I was determined to fix a losing trade adding more to the problem. I took a sabbatical from Trading for about a year.  Then I looked over all the educational material and advice from past years. There was a lot of stuff to look back over.  Finding what I needed was a simple approach that I could handle without lots of journaling or time involved.  This simple short book is my manual for trading success.  This is a good place to start, still, you will writ your own manual.
