I began to meditate by a natural inspiration; it is like if that information was already engraved in my genes. However, everything took a more serious and profound turn the day I had an exaltation of consciousness. In ecstasy, the world's vision began to change, allowing me to access a state of peace, harmony, and incredible mental strength.

However, my most significant discovery was the realization that Meditation is not just for fifteen or thirty minutes a day. It is a lifestyle, which includes reducing stress and acquiring a natural state of peace and alertness.
