Salmon raptors

Salmon that’s ready in less than an hour? Awesome!

Cooking Time: 10 Mins 

Yield: 4

Ingredient List:

−  1 cooking spray

−  2 lemons

−  1 teaspoon salt

−  1 large salmon fillet

−  1 teaspoon ground black pepper

−  2 tablespoons molasses

−  6 tablespoons butter

−  3 cloves garlic

−  1 teaspoon dried oregano

−  1 teaspoon chopped marjoram

Methods:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Line a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray

Place the lemon slices in a layer

Season the salmon with pepper and salt

Place the salmon on the lemon slices

Pour a mixture of oregano, marjoram, garlic, molasses and butter on the salmon

Fold and bake until it is thoroughly cooked

Broil for a few minutes and serve

Ingredient List:

−  4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

−  3 medium tomatoes

−  1 cucumber

−  2 jalapeno peppers

−  2 tablespoon canola oil

−  1/2 red onion

−  1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

−  1 teaspoon ground black pepper

−  1 teaspoon salt

−  1 cup shredded Havarti

Methods:

Preheat oven to 400°F

Stuff the chicken breast with red onion, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes and cucumber

Season with pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning

Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Havarti

Bake for about 30 minutes and serve

Slam and dunk zucchini
