Ingredient List:
− 1 cooking spray
− 2 lemons
− 1 teaspoon salt
− 1 large salmon fillet
− 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
− 2 tablespoons molasses
− 6 tablespoons butter
− 3 cloves garlic
− 1 teaspoon dried oregano
− 1 teaspoon chopped marjoram
Methods:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Line a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray
Place the lemon slices in a layer
Season the salmon with pepper and salt
Place the salmon on the lemon slices
Pour a mixture of oregano, marjoram, garlic, molasses and butter on the salmon
Fold and bake until it is thoroughly cooked
Broil for a few minutes and serve
