    If I smoke and drink, will this work for me?

    Yes, it will work for you, although it would be much better if you avoid smoke and drinking: you are looking for integral health and until you are old.

    Do I have to stop eating what I like?

    No one can stop eating what they love so much because it is what they have eaten for years. Although you can learn to ration, you will do without problem when you achieve a self-conviction that you want to seek your integral health.

    I eat well and exercise and still don’t lose weight.

    First, you must ask yourself and review the concept of eating well that you have. Sometimes it is not what you think and, you must also observe what type of exercise you are doing and how you are doing it.

    Those are key points with which mistakes are often made easily.

    The exception would be a disease already diagnosed by a doctor.
