I wondered about it for years and applied it for some time. I reduced carbs, and I didn’t feel good at all.
In my opinion, I was heading in the right direction, but my body knew it wasn’t.
The exhaustion and frustration that I felt told me that something was wrong. Stay here, so you clearly understand the importance of incorporating quality carbohydrates into your diet.
Am I going to give you a recipe to lose weight?
I am not going to do it. What I am going to give you is precious knowledge for you to achieve and convince yourself of the changes you must make.
Will I be able to pay what you propose, usually this is expensive?
You will be able to adjust your budget to each aspect that I propose, as there are flexible options. Despite this, please take into account that what you save in losing your health, later, you will have to invest it in recovering it. I no longer believe in anything the media tell me about losing weight You have every reason to feel that, I thought it too, and it isn’t easy to find the solution. I cannot give you guarantees because, like everything in life, all of this depends on you. However, I can guarantee that if you apply and incorporate this information into your life. And you convince yourself that this can mark a before and after, you will do it in a natural, unforced way.

If it were, it wouldn’t work. I wish you to build a solid foundation in freedom to achieve health until you are even old.
Do I have to apply this all at once to change my weight?
No, I recommend that you take this process slowly and first convince yourself that this can change your life.
All these questions raised have also been part of my life. Thanks to my story, I have answered them, obtaining information that transformed my life through the search for answers.

Various aspects of reading this book that caught my attention were the particular style of the author, who explains the different topics in a concise, direct, and efficient way. However, the author covers all aspects, including motivation, to create a holistic document on the road to people’s well-being.

Should I buy supplements like those that people who go to gyms buy?
For nothing, please do not spend money on that, it is not necessary, as long as you have a healthy diet.
The exception of buying a supplement would be if your doctor tells you to.
If I smoke and drink, will this work for me?
Yes, it will work for you, although it would be much better if you avoid smoke and drinking: you are looking for integral health and until you are old.
Do I have to stop eating what I like?
No one can stop eating what they love so much because it is what they have eaten for years. Although you can learn to ration, you will do without problem when you achieve a self-conviction that you want to seek your integral health.
I eat well and exercise and still don’t lose weight.
First, you must ask yourself and review the concept of eating well that you have. Sometimes it is not what you think and, you must also observe what type of exercise you are doing and how you are doing it.
Those are key points with which mistakes are often made easily.
The exception would be a disease already diagnosed by a doctor.
I will write about a great Olympic athlete who, due to diabetes that he was diagnosed at the age of 25. He discovered that even though he thought that was eating healthy, he was wrong a lot.
