Whatever the leadership style may you employ to lead your life and business, whatever infrastructure, systems, or organization you have in place, you cannot be truly successful before you learn to integrate your productivity schemes into your leadership style.
Your leadership foundation is what determines both your mission and your direction.
If you want to provide a definition of leadership you could say that leadership is:
the office or position of a leader
capacity to lead
the act or an instance of leading

But that doesn’t tell the whole story.
A leader is someone who provides a raw model of living and a vision to empower the other people and as such, a leader should be able to focus on things that make a difference and bring a result.
This is where productivity plays its part.
