    Ready for my first race (at the Sywell Multisport Festival) post-baby and first triathlon since Ironman Wales over twoGoing to be a wet ride to CrossFit but need the miles for Ironman. Five weeks to go. Throwback Thursday. This time last year I was heading out to Kona to support my husband at the Ironman World Champs. I’m determined to get back to Kona under my own steam someday. Today’s outfit: swim ready! I’d almost forgotten how fun racing was. Well done Castle Triathlon Series. In your face 2020! Little dude is ready! Can’t wait to toe the start line tomorrow! Autumn is here. I know this because I was ‘violently’ struck on the head by a falling branch (you could argue it was a twig) whilst out running today. Stay safe, stay alert, it’s hostile out there! Blenheim Palace Triathlon Weekend Warrior, day two completed. l ‘settled’ on three triathlons for the day, making seven in total for the weekend, and one more than planned.
