Two poets in a battle of words that revolve around the same issue just with different words or a different angle stories from everyday life of thoughts, feelings, experiences and observations about being human, from the authors 'and others' views are also four poems each author has written two verses of each poem. Lene write mostly episode poems and Tue is inspired by satire and dark poems. Lene has been released several of the poems in an American magazine: Read Herrings Literary Journal no.1-3. When the sun warms, you get relaxed

When you smell the flowers in the garden

And taste the new picked fruit

While the birds sing and the squirrel visits

When the raindrops splash the window

And you sit inside in the dry

Drinking hot cocoa and eating pancakes

Watching a good movie

When you write on poems and novels

Or are creative with your own web pages

Getting feedback from the visitors

And the ones the sites are meant for

When you surf on the internet and gets greetings from here and there

But especially when you get mail with loving and uplifting words

This gives you powers and courage to keep fighting on:

The world needs you! and we need burning souls in this world!

When I am chatting on Facebook

I get invited to the cinema in India

I was called Queen from Egypt

and there has been made a beautiful page about me from Italy

Especially when you are together with your family

Even though there is only 3 left and a few friends

Togetherness and communicating is the most important

And makes love to life grow!

When surprises comes from somebody you do not know

As an example your greatest idols comes for a visit

And you hear the one favourite song after another

Then it turns out to be an evening between people

But not if your sister with her family and uncle stay away

You have to move from place to place, when the house suddenly has to be sold

You do not have strength to work anymore

And night turns to day, hello Mrs. Owl

But life is too precious to think about all the painful.

When I am Old Enough for Memories /2

Today

Another year

Was taken away from me

Put into the memory bank

To collect interests

In form of reflections

Those I will get paid in memories

When I am old enough

And has forgot

What I do in daily life

But I remember

What happened many years ago

If I wish those memories

Is a whole other case

Some of them were close

To be my death

And others got me more alive than ever before

Especially when you stepped into my paths

Life goes on

To the final escape

But if I had the right to chose

I would let the bad memories still

And draw the entire

That made my life richer

the most difficult to choose for the wedding is the wedding dress

I was surprised how many different kinds there were

dresses with puffed sleeves, lace and long veil

or thin straps and a whole simple model with a diadem

a visit on the internet and many shops before the dress was chosen

The wedding dress had to be adapted and tailor was found

I was very excited when I found myself in his workroom

There was already a customer and he sounded indignant

Should I go out and find another one, but he was the best

I had to pull myself together and took a deep breath and went in

He snorted when I said that it was a wedding dress, he despised them

Poor groom, he can not recognize his beloved

But he wanted to see the horror and I got in trouble with the dress

He stared at me and it took a while before he said anything

It can not be! I've never seen anything like that in my long career

Oh no .. I walked slowly toward the locker room

No, no, don’t go! You look like a Greek goddess. It's a beautiful dress.

You can use it afterwards as a party dress if you are taken to Greece.

Thank you for showing me this creation, so there is still hope!

All brides otherwise resembles figurines, but now there is a Greek goddess among!

Ashamed waltz / 2

The rates of rise and fall

While we argue

About dance floor planks

It squeaks when we land on a board

which has wrung itself off through the years

The waltz goes over meadows

Painted sporadically

On the walls there also once

Was the scene of the wildlife

On the savannah dry sand banks

The acoustics flickering lazily

Under the roof worm-eaten beams

As still live in the memory of a topping-out ceremony

There had to be done twice

Because the builders forgot to attach the foundation

and the years have gone unseen past

with us in the middle of the sentence

which was put to a shameful rolling

one
