    To Value Yourself

    When we wake up in the morning, it is very important to stand in front of the mirror and repeat to ourselves that we value ourselves, we LOVE ourselves. Unfortunately on the contrary, family and school systems impose the idea First value the others, then yourself into our brains in the early years of our life, although the first condition of health is "TO LOVE AND VALUE OURSELVES". When you wake up in the morning, standing in front of the mirror we should repeat the sentences such as I love myself, I value myself, I eat the healthiest food and I adopt a living style in which my happiness is the priority. Without overpowering others, I choose a healthy life full of joy, happiness, bliss and abundance for my wellbeing and happiness.

    BODY-MIND-SPIRIT integrity is the key point of our health. The illness that appears in the body actually shows itself in the spiritual body in advance. If we can understand the integrity of body-mind-spirit, we can realize that an illness that occurs in the body has actually started long time ago from our depth. When we learn the language of our bodies, we can create essential solutions for ourselves by examining the deepest reason of the illness. We can resemble our bodies to the funnel of a submarine. The negative smoke that comes out of the funnel is caused by the problems which are in the water below the submarine. Likewise, the problems that occur in our bodies have started long time ago in spiritual and mental dimensions and they started to decay the body. When we know these, we learn to manage ourselves in positive direction in spiritual dimension by giving extra importance to the mental dimension.

    Actually a subject such as disease does not occur in nature. Only there are lesson packages as small gifts of nature for us. Each disease is a course package. A course package that wants to teach us something. The lessons of this course tell us that there is something going wrong in our lives. These lessons are the interpreters of some of the illnesses that occur in both spirit and mind and finally in the body. By the time we learn the lessons of this course, the course will end and there will be no disease left. Because disease = life lessons the body wants to teach us.

    When you place Loving yourself, valueing yourself on top of the life lessons, it will be easier for us to live healthily for very long years.

    TO BREATHE

    Close your eyes and open. Life continues despite the person does not see.

    Close your ears, you cannot hear. A person who cannot hear can also live.

    Close your mouth, you cannot speak. A person who cannot speak lives.

    Close your nose….Your mouth is also closed…After 2-3 seconds you start to have difficulty and you feel the need to open your nose.

    To breathe is the main issue of life.

    LIFE=BREATHE

    The living creatures that can naturally practice to breathe healthily….are the newborn babies. For a few months they live by breathing correctly, later they start to deteriorate on the issue of breathing same as they deteriorate on a great deal of subjects. Watch small children, you can easily realize the correct way of breathing.

    As we are taught that we breathe mostly through our lungs, we only use half of our body and we cancel the other half. However, by breathing in through our diaphragm we can include our abdominal region to breathing process which will enable us to make use of a wider part of our body.

    I would like to mention that your teachers and your books can teach you various ways of breathing techniques. They can all be correct as the breathing techniques can change due to different purposes. I hereby will only mention the diaphragm breath.

    While breathing in, we start by filling our abdomen. Then we will expand the lung part and finally we will expand our backs backwards. When we finalize the breathing procedure, our abdomen will be enlarged in the front, our breast will be filled out in the front and our backs will be filled out backwards.

    We can give the rabbit balloon example.

    While breathing out, first we will relax our back toward the front, we retract our chest, and finally we will be sure that we breathe out the last piece of air by retracting our belly. Just like deflating the rabbit balloon. When the breathing in and out is completed, when you are sure there is no air left in the body, we again inhale plenty of air by expanding our belly, chest and back.

    FORWARD WHILE BREATHING IN…

    While breathing in belly and chest will be pushed forward and your body will be filled with oxygen.

    RETRACT WHILE BREATHING OUT…

    While breathing out, exhale completely and the chest and abdomen are retracted.

    And it continues this way. However, when you first apply this method, you better try it in lying position if possible. If you are going to apply while seated or standing, instantly you cannot breathe more than 4 - 5 times because it can cause dizziness for the people who apply this for the first time in their lives as the intake of oxygen will be increased. Practicing every day, you can accustom your body to breathe this way by breathing one more each day. In the long term the body get used to it and start to practice diaphragmatic breathing naturally just like the newborns, and you will live healthier.

    The Importance of Water And Usage of Natural Salt

    It is very important to drink 1-2 big glasses of mild water when you wake up in the morning. This way we will say good morning to our internal organs. We will start the day with our bodies cleansed by getting rid of the remains of the night and the day before.

    It will even be better if we add some lemon and a little Himalayan salt to the water. This way drinking will be easier and it will be more useful for the body.

    Use Himalaya salt or sea salt.

    As SALT, it is important to use unprocessed salt. The salt that the blood pressure patients can also conveniently use should be Himalayan Salt or Sea Salt. It is now well known that especially Himalaya salt clear up all the illnesses in the body and it balances the blood pressure.

    Body Movements

    Our bodies are just like machines. A machine which is not used and which stays still will get rusty in time, will not work and becomes junk. The body is the same. We have to work out our body or it will become junk !!!!!!. They name it as disease !!!!!!

    In order to work out our bodies, of course gyms, running – walking trails will be nice. However, the body movements that I want to explain here are very simple movements that you can practice by sparing 5 - 10 minutes either in a room of your house or at your workplace if necessary.

    First of all, we need to understand that the backbone of our body is the base of our body. Thinking that a light line that is passing through sky & earth, is also passing through the backbone of our body and knowing that it enlightens our whole body will enable the yoga chakras to enlighten and our health to be perfect.

    Pranic tube passes through backbone. It enables us to be stronger with the sky and earth energies.

    THE EXERCISES TO BE DONE WITH BREATH

    We have to strengthen the root lock. The root lock is seen at the end of sacrum, at the last disc of backbone. We strengthen root lock in two ways. You can either apply it in standing or sitting cross legged position.

    1* By diaphragm breathing, inhale deeply and exhale completely then for a second strongly contract the root lock, the last disc of back bone. Hold the breath for a short period. Then again take a long diaphragm breath. You can repeat this for a couple of times.

    While inhaling through belly, push the last disc of your sacrum forward.

    While exhaling, lock the root lock for a short while, retract the belly completely, and wait for a while by contracting it.

    2* This time breathe in as you used to. That’s to say, the way you breathe by retracting the belly and expanding the chest. Contract the root lock and sacrum and push the breath upwards through the back bone until the top of the head.

    While breathing out, think as if you take the light from the sky and you bring it to the soil, loosen the root lock and exhale completely by relaxing.

    To sum up: While inhaling the whole energy, strength, and power will be sent upwards by contracting the root lock. Just like an elevator. Likewise, while exhaling, put the sky light inside the elevator and while you release the elevator downwards, the body will be relaxed completely.

    After you take the breath upwards like an elevator, release the elevator down to the soil while exhaling.
