Korean-Style Braised (Slow Cooker) Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:

Two pounds baby back pork ribs

One teaspoon salt

One tablespoon canola oil

Half cup soy sauce

Half cup light soy sauce

Half cup rice wine

One bunch scallions {trimmed and sliced}

One jalapeno pepper chopped {Elective}

Quarter cup minced fresh ginger root

Half onion {cut into quarters}

Quarter cup orange juice

One head garlic {chopped}

Directions:

Rinse ribs and perfectly dry it. Apply Salt on the ribs generously.

Oil must be heated in a skillet over high heat. Add ribs, Heat and turn occasionally until it’s grilled on all sides in about six to eight minutes.

Place grilled ribs in a three-quart sluggish cooker.

Place soy sauce, light jalapeno, ginger, garlic, orange juice, onion, rice wine and soy sauce into a blender. Cover and merger until it’s combined. Transfer sauce over the ribs in the slow oven. Cover and boil with high temperature until the meat pulls away effortlessly from the bone in about three to four
