    The argument between me and my publisher was simple, “the appropriateness of using the word ANTHOLOGY for a short-story collection?”. My publisher argued for, but me I ‘coconut-headedly’, vehemently argued against it. Trust me, I know its usable being myself a starched and ironed graduate of the English language. I just did not like the fact that ‘Poetry collection’ – which this book isn’t – is what jumps at you when the said word is mentioned. The gentleman in me allowed my publisher win as almost all of the stories here are shorter than your average short stories (oya, bite me) and often quite poetic in construction and thought.
