There are many myths about losing weight, and many people do a lot of different things, all with the belief that they are using the best ways to burn calories.
Either way, with all the literature everywhere - books, magazines, celebrity lists, and more, there seem to be hundreds of best
ways to lose weight!
Just how countless of this work? How many people do you know who go to the gym or workout classes regularly, but always seem to be putting on extra pounds?
Well, I will tell you the secret to permanently lose weight. Now, what I am telling you is nothing new, but it is the only way to progress in being fit and in good health (these are two different states, it can be conceivable to have one and lack the other).
To successfully change those additional pounds and inches, the first two things you need to look at (there are a lot of them, but for the most part, we'll stick to these two) – your Diet and Exercise.
Contrary to popular belief, it is difficult to make changes and balances in oneself without bearing in mind both of these factors.
For many people reading this book, eating a healthy diet that works over time can be as complex as nuclear physics. But it’s not true, there are a lot of puzzling amount of choices for diets out there. High fat or no fat? High in carbohydrates or no carbohydrates? Low Protein or high in protein?
There are millions of variations in the combination of the above diet scenarios to add to the confusion, and make matters worse. It seems like never-ending and causing a lot of people to give up in frustration. In the follow-up chapters, I will try to change all this belief.
There are wide-ranging guidelines, rules, and methods of viewing a diet, that will help you decide, when if it's the right diet for you. Maybe you don't like what I have to say, and you
