    Lil Asana Playshop is a two-hour yoga experience for young people ages 6-12 with childrens yoga instructor

    Nicole Lillian Mark. Through the practice of yoga poses (asana), story telling, art, poetry, games, and group discussion, we develop more body and breath awareness, connection with others, and have fun! (Please send your child with a small snack and some water.)
