Media Response Broward County OIG Report AlliedBarton Security Services is committed to quality and service excellence, and

d maintains all licensing as required by state law. The Broward County Office of the Inspector General has correctly concluded that this matter should be closed, and has recommended no further action due to its final determination that AlliedBarton is in compliance with its license requirements that were the subject of the investigation. AlliedBarton respectfully disagrees with the Broward County Office of the Inspector Generals interpretation of Florida law regarding managers licenses. AlliedBarton believes that it was at all times in compliance with the applicable licensing regulations. Above all, AlliedBartons personnel are highly qualified and are extensively screened, as those mentioned in the OIG Report passed the Transportation Workers Identification Card credentialing process, which includes an extensive background check and vetting by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration. This level of vetting exceeds that conducted by the State of Florida licensing authorities. AlliedBarton has never been cited by Broward County or the Division of Licensing to have violated any ordinance or state law governing its managers licenses. Additionally, two Broward County audits found AlliedBarton to be 100% in compliance with all licensure requirements.
