Resumen

El trabajo de investigacin tiene como objetivo establecer la relacin entre las tcnicas de estudio y el rendimiento acadmico en el rea de ingls en los estudiantes de tercer grado de educacin secundaria de la I.E. Jorge Basadre, Chupaca, 2011. Esta investigacin es sustantiva, descriptivo y correlacional. Se recogi la informacin a travs de un cuestionario con respuestas de tipo de escala de Likert, a una muestra de 35 estudiantes. Los resultados afirman que las tcnicas de estudio se relacionan significativamente con el rendimiento acadmico en el rea de ingls en los estudiantes de tercer grado de educacin secundaria de la Institucin Educativa Jorge Basadre, Chupaca,2011.

Abstract

This research has the purpose of defining the relationship between study techniques and academic performance in the area of English in the students of the third grade of secondary education at Jorge Basadre High School, 2011. This research is of substantive type, descriptive method and correlational design. We collected data through a questionnaire with answers of Likert scale to a sample of 35 students. The results confirm that study techniques are significantly related to academic performance in the area of English in the students of the third grade of secondary education at Jorge Basadre High School,Chupaca, 2011.
