The company just negotiated a two-year agreement with 50,000 T-Mobile workers and their union, ver.di. in the u.s., its a completely different story. in connecticut, after nearly a year, T-Mobile Usa continues to engage in only superficial bargaining and has hired union avoidance attorneys and consultants whose job is to stall negotiations.
