Philips General Purchasing (PGP) handles the sourcing of (indirect) Non-Product Related (NPR) goods and services for Philips businesses. It manages purchasing activities through six Supply Markets:

Facilities & Industrial Forwarding & Distribution Information Technology Marketing & Sales Professional & Personnel Travel & Entertainment.

Supplier selection PGP builds a portfolio of global, regional and local suppliers for every Philips site. It also acts as One Philips level to leverage Philips buying power. Its various Sourcing Specialists are responsible for commodity strategy and management at the Philips Group level. PGP works with high-performance suppliers whose goods and services are made available to internal Philips customers via (e-) catalogs, contracts and intranet.

Eligible Entities of Buying Locations (EBL) list Our eligible Entities of Buying Locations (EBL) list indicates the Philips and affiliated legal entities worldwide that are entitled to participate in Non-Product Related Purchasing Agreements. It is updated twice a year, or when there are major changes.
