Procedure: 1. Add ingredients of Phase I to main container with propeller mixing and heat to 70*C (heat with water bath to avoid caramelization of sucrose). 2. In a side container mix ingredients of Phase II while heating to 70*C. 3. Once target temperature is reached, add Phase II to main slowly with high speed mixing (in parts - similar to a W/O emulsion). 4. Force cool. 5. At 50*C or below, add Phase III. 6. Adjust clarity with water (approximately 0.5-1.5%).

Procedure: 1. In main tank, charge DI water with propeller mixing. 2. In a side container, slurry ingredients of phase II. Once uniform, add to main and allow to hydrate for 15-20 minutes. 3. Add phase III to main. Allow to mix for 5-10 minutes. 4. In a side container, add ingredients of phase IV with mixing. Heat to 45*C. Once fully dispersed, add to main. 5. Combine ingredients of phase V in a side container with mixing. Once uniform add to main. 6. Add ingredients of phase VI individually to main. Allow to fully mix.

Procedure: 1. Heat phase I to 70*C. 2. Heat phase II to 70*C in a side beaker. 3. With fast propeller mixing, add phase II to main slowly, in parts (as if creating a W/O emulsion). 4. Adjust stirring as viscosity builds. 5. Heat the DI water of phase III to 70*C 6. Disperse Sucrathix into water phase with a homogenizer. 7. Add gel into phase III under homogenizer to form a thin white solution. 8. When cooled, add phase IV individually. 9. Sift in Corn PO4 PH B for desired absorption. 10. Adjust pH to 4.5-5.5
