    When 45,000 workers struck Verizon last August, State Senator Marty Golden crossed CWAs picket lines in Bay Ridge. Thats why CWA Local 1109 in Brooklyn endorsed Andrew Gounardes in June, in front of the Wireless store where Golden crossed the picket line.

    NOT ONLY DID HE CROSS CWAS PICKET LINES BUT:


    Golden voted for Tier 6 cuts to public employee pensions Golden voted against raising taxes on the wealthiest to protect public sector jobs and vital public services Golden doesnt support raising the minimum wage Golden voted against marriage equality Golden opposes stronger tenant protections Golden voted against a bill that would guarantee equal pay for women, instead proposing to hold a seminar to teach women Posture, Deportment and the Feminine Presence

    The New York State Labor Movement should not endorse a strikebreaker for State Senate. It should support a candidate who will be a true pro-labor champion in Albany.

    VOTE TO ENDORSE ANDREW GOUNARDES.
