2. How did your training benefit you in preparation for futures employment and for personal development?
I experienced to work in a big company like JS Unitrade. Learned how to promote their products with some techniques. My training motivates my personal fulfillment and personal vision about my future career in life. It helps me to see the opportunity to continue to grow and enhance my skills. It teaches me to take responsibility on everything I do. It developed simple procedures for the task identified and document best practices.

3. Did you learn any particular aspect of the operation of the company which you did not learn in College or you would not have understood or appreciated well if you have nor undergone this apprenticeship?
When I am not yet a trainee in JS Unitrade, I dont know nothing about their some operations, but now that I have experience in the HR and Marketing department, I can proudly say that, is the particular aspect of the operation of the company that I didnt learn in College and I also understand more of some other terms that I learned in my studies. I learned to extend my working skills and knowledge, and create far more exciting, liberating, motivational opportunities.

4. Your general comment on the value to you of this employment training.

This training is one of a kind because it actually a real life experience. I experienced what a in HR and Marketing is doing in a company. This employment training is one of my best experiences in my life.
