Linguistic Logic and Metaphysics By Anthony J. Fejfar, B.A., J.D., M.B.A., Phd. Perpetual Copyright (2012 C.E.

.) By Anthony J. Fejfar and Neothomism PC (PA) Some people seem to think that they can do away with logic. But this is not true. In fact, linguistic logic exists and operates which precedes human speech and writing. Thus, without logic a person cannot say or write anything at all. Now, let us take the basic linguistic formulation of most sentences. For example, the tree

grows, and the dog walks and the child runs, etc. This basic linguistic formulation is: @ the noun verbs @ Now, we can see that the linguistic logical formulation that the noun verbs is universally valid in Americana English, and that without this formulation, Americana English would not be a usable language at all. In other words, no one would be able to say or write anything at all. Moreover, let us consider the formulation, the noun verbs in terms of causal metaphysics. You see, a noun is an object or a subject which is involved with causation. For example, the pool cue ball moves. moves a noun. Thus, every verb is a causal cause which is either moved by a noun, or

Once we see this, we can see that there is a verbal cause for everything or there For example, consider the sentence: The man

is an uncaused verbal cause for everything.

walks downtown. The man is the noun subject or object and walks is the causal verb. Now we all know that as a general rule, for every cause there is an effect, and for every effect there is a cause. Thus, once we use the sentence the man walks, we can see that not only is walks a causal verb, but also there must have been some cause for man to exist and operate. Accordingly, either man is an uncaused cause, or man was caused by another noun object or

subject. Thus, either man exists and operates ex nihilo, that is, out of nothingness as an uncaused cause, or there in an infinite regress of caused causes, also know as an unmoved mover, such that man is an unmoved mover. This is true of very linguistic formulation involving a noun moving mover, or as stated previously, a noun verbing. Therefore, in conlusion, we can say that linguistic logic and metaphysics is anterior and prior to law and jurisprudence and thus cannot be excluded from any discussions, academic or otherwise, of law and jurisprudence.
