Milsport Medical Products Engineering Internship

SUMMARY Draft 3D parts and 2D blueprints with design team as part of a medical products design team. These drawings will include solid and surface modeling, as well as quality inspection and specification documents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ability to learn surface modeling in Solid Works and blue print drafting in Solid Works or other software. 2. Ability to learn, edits, and draft specification and quality documents in MS Word and Excel. 3. Able to work with others in a team design and manufacturing setting. 4. Ability and desire to work with oversees manufacturers to incorporate and implement designs into manufacturing facilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 1. Senior or Bachelors in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. 2. Ability to 3d render parts and products in CAD software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Proficient in Solidworks 2. Some experience with quality control and procedures.
