DIUSAS FINAL CONFERENCE

Within the frames of TEMPUS DIUSAS (Development and Integration of University Self-

assessment Systems) project a final conference is organized with the aim to present the achievements of
the project and disseminate the good practice among the stakeholders. The conference University Self-assessment Systems will be held in Yerevan State Medical University on September 28, 2012. The confernece will mainly focus on the following issues: presentation of the developed self-assessment methodology and quality assurance tools; the best practice of establishing efficient mechanisms and developing and integrating selfassessment systems at 6 target univeristies.

Background: DIUSAS launched in October, 2010 with the particpation of RA six HEIs (Yerevan State University, Yerevan State Medical University, State Engineering University of Armenia, Yerevan State Academy of Fina Arts, Gyumri State Pedagogical Institute, Vanadzor branch of State Engineering Univeristy of Armenia), National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation (ANQA) and RA Ministry of Education and Science. The project aimed at developing quality assurance system through integrating tools and mechanisms necessary for effective and efficient self-assessment.
