    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DEBT

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: I, Eduardo Nicolas, Filipino, of legal age, married to Nedelia San Jose Nicolas, with postal address at Mahogany St., Town and Country Subd., Marilao, Bulacan 3020, witnesseth: That I am indebted in the sum of Eighty-eight thousand nine hundred forty PESOS (Php 88,940.00), Philippine Currency, to Leonila Delos Santos Villarico also a Filipino, of legal age, married to Ronnie Gener B. Villarico with postal address at #1 Villa San Isidro Subd., Daungan, Malhacan, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. That said amount has been reduced from its original figure, that interest and other charges have been discounted so as ease the burden of the debtor Spouses Nicolas. Said debt shall be paid as soon as possible or within a terms which are favorable to both parties.
