 Cohort for Rates:
★ First-time, full-time certificate/degree-seeking
full-time undergraduate students
★ For term-based schools, fall term, enrolled as
of October 15, the end of add-drop period, or
another official reporting date
★ For non-term based schools, enrolled
September 1 - August 31 for 15 days in
program of one year or less, or 30 days in
program greater than one year

 When to disclose
★No later than July 1 after 12-months
ending August 31 of year when 150% of
normal time lapsed
