To The Kindred of Lexington, With the declaration of victory by our War Leader Sir Panaen, a new era has dawned for the Domain of Lexington. The phantoms of our past appear to have finally been exorcised. The Domain shows promise of a new stability that has been too long in coming. Now we begin the long road to rebuilding both City and Domain into the place we all know it has the potential to be. I have assumed the position of Kogaion of the Academy of Lexington. We Kindred of the Ordo Dracul seek a return to the stability and cooperation we have enjoyed here in the past. We pledge our unfailing support to the new holder of Praxis of Lexington. It is our sincere hope that in the Scion of House Girrard our Domain has finally found the strong, guiding hand that it requires. I wish to assure the Kindred of Lexington that the Ordo Dracul seeks a return to the values that have, historically, served us well here. As Kogaion, I shall not seek nor accept any other position of authority in the Domain of Lexington. My time shall be spent ensuring that the recent madness is purged from our halls. Neither our Academy nor our Domain can survive divided by the mistakes of the past. I shall not be the first, nor the last, to agree with Sir Panaen that only in strength can our Domain hope to survive the coming decades. Humbly,
