Ingredients:

500 g milk powder 450g sugar 150 ml water 150 g butter, 80% fat 50 to 100 g cocoa A bag of vanilla sugar

Method:
Put the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the water in a pan to boil about 15 minutes. Step aside the syrup from the heat and add the butter which is going to melt. Mix the cocoa and powder milk in a big bowl. Cool the syrup with butter (40-45 C) and add the mixture of cocoa and milk powder. First mix with a wooden spoon and then knead before the mixture cools and hardens. After kneading put the chocolate on a tray or between two layers of wafer etc. Put the chocolate to cool and then cut it as you wish!
