Institutional Collaboration and Community Outreach Agreement This institutional collaboration agreement is made by and between Veterans Housing & Employment Assistance (VHEA) and <your organization> each a party and collectively the parties. Whereas the parties have mutual interests in promoting job development and creation, small business and community outreach, training, research, popular education, and publication, through joint activities. Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: Statement of Intent Through this agreement, each party intends to facilitate collaboration and cooperation between the parties in areas of mutual interest for the purpose of enhancing the parties contributions to community empowerment and wellness. Each party further intends to learn from the other party, in a spirit of partnership, equality, and mutual interest. Scope Each party agrees to give due consideration to any request to collaborate and cooperate on any of the following areas based on the needs of your organization: Preparation of joint proposals for city, state, or federal funding Joint small business and nonprofit organization recruitment activities Collaborative community outreach projects Collaborative research and training programs Collaborative fundraising efforts Inter-institutional staff development and teamwork Joint programs of consulting and evaluation Joint production and distribution of publications Joint sponsorships of conferences, seminars, and events Exchange of materials, articles, and other publications Joint focus on education through Universidad Populars model of Popular Education Other future activities as may be mutually agreed upon

Veterans Housing & Employment Assistance: ICCOA 2 Activity Agreements The parties shall undertake joint activities pursuant to a jointly-authored contract, properly signed by all parties.
