Letter entitled Power of Unity was
FORGED by Yitzchak Yehoshua and Duvid Eisenstein
Yitzchak Yehoshua and his supporters had encountered a major problem.
Many Rabbis in Israel questioned why Yehoshua had no support from Rabbis from within his
own Queens community. To say the Ashkenazim hate him and the Sephardim are jealous of
him, was not convincing enough. And so, to resolve the issue, Yehoshua turned to his hired
employee, Duvid Eisenstein, and he promptly found a solution: Forgery.

As you can clearly see, Yitzchak Yehoshuas
desire to be judged by a Beit Din outside of the
Queens community stems from the fact that this
is the only way for him to potentially succeed in
his tremendous lies and fabrications.
As such, all letters fromIsrael that question the decision of
the Queens Beit Din, fromboth the past and in the future, are
absolutely null and void, as it is extremely difficult to track all
the lies and fabrications created by Yehoshua and his hired
employee, Duvid Eisenstein.
This has been the position of the Queens Beit Din from
the onset of this case and this position will not be changed.

Yehoshuas supporters pressured witnesses and Rabbonim
Throughout the duration of this case involving Yitzchak Yehoshua, several of Yehoshuas supporters have
exerted tremendous amounts of pressure against witnesses that were willing to testify, and against
Rabbonim that had signed the documents against Yehoshua. Pressure had also been placed on several family
members of those who stood for the truth. Indeed, while many had the inner courage to ignore the pressure
against them, others had succumbed to it.
Recently, Yehoshuas followers had publicized that Rav Menashe Tzadka had not signed on the Kol Koreh
against Yehoshua and
that his signature was
forged. Similar
statements were written
of other Rabbonim,
including R Friedman.
And so, we once again
present a copy of the
Kol Koreh (on the far
left) that was publicized
protesting Yitzchak
Yehoshuas violations
of the torah, with the signatures of leading Rabbonim of
the community. In addition, we present a letter by both
Rav Tzadkah (on the bottom) and Rabbi Friedman
(above), confirming the authenticity of their signatures.
Rabbi Friedman, however, adds that he no longer wants
to be involved in this case because he isnt a dayan and
is not aware of all the details of the matter (more
information as to the cause of his retraction will not be
publicized in order to spare embarrassing respected
members of the Queens community who were involved
in pressuring R Friedman).
As for Rav Menashe Tzadka, he had unfortunately been
deceived by several of Yehoshuas supporters who told him
that Yehoshua had never received a hazmanah. As such, in
a letter authored in July of 2012, Rav Tzadkah writes:
Being that false rumors are being spread with regards to
the documents that had been issued by the Queens Beit
Din, I therefore publicize that I had indeed signed on the
documents (against Yehoshua) together with all the
prominent Rabbis of Queens, and this document has
absolutely no forgeries nor lies, chas veshalom.

Yitzchak Yehoshua is not only deceiving Rabbis in Israel,
he is also deceiving members of Congress
On May 16
th
, 2012, a special event honoring American Jewry was held at the United States Congress.
Yitzchak Yehoshua was scheduled to be honored at this event as a representative of the Bukharian
community. Sadly, he allowed false information about his current position in the Bukharian community to be
published, in order to present himself as a man with tremendous influence. In the invitation (reprinted below),
Yehoshua is falsely described as the Chief Rabbi of the Bukharian Jews in America, the president of the
Bukharian Rabbinical Council of America, and one who gives spiritual guidance to over forty Bukharian
Centers. An online version of the invitation added that he serves as the Rabbi of the Bukharian Congress.
The reality, however, is that the rabbinical leaders of the Queens community have rejected Yehoshua as a
Rabbi, let alone as a Chief Rabbi. Furthermore, Mr. Lev Leviev, the founder and president of the Bukharian
Congress, has removed Yehoshua from his position as Rabbi in the Bukharian Congress and all its affiliated
community Centers across the United States. These facts did not hold Yehoshua back from allowing a false
description of himself to be published, once again proving that honesty isnt a priority of his, rather the pursuit
of honor is.

The Queens Beit Din asked Rav Shlomo Amar for a statement summarizing the above incident since Yehoshua
publicizes that Rav Amar supports him. Indeed, on April 18th, 2012 (26
th
of Nissan 5772), Rav Amar authored a
personal statement to the Queens community and it is presented below.
The following is an explanation of Rav Shlomo Amars letter:
I havent delved into this matter and thus never gave a
clear position, though I have told Yitzchak Yehoshua to
leave the community of Queens until the fury has passed -
until this matter is resolved. Rav Bakshi Doron asked me
to allow Yehoshua to visit me and he told me that
Yehoshua is indeed willing to accept what ever I tell him
to do. Yehoshua visited me [in my office] and had a
picture taken with me, but he left and DID NOT follow
what I told him. His actions are extremely
unfortunate!!.

Indeed, everyone can clearly see that Yitzchak Yehoshua had the chutzpah to lie to Rav Shlomo
Amar, the Sephardic Chief Rabbi of Israel, and then lie to the entire Queens community as well.

The following letter by Rav Shlomo Amar once again proves
that Yitzchak Yehoshuah has been lying to the entire Queens community

Warning of Cherem on Yitzchak Yehoshua
This booklet revealed just a small fraction of the tremendous chilul hashem that Yitzchak Yehoshua and
his supporters have been guilty of through their lies and fabrications around the globe. There are many more
details and information which the Queens Beit Din prefers not to publicize in order to spare embarrassing
members of the Queens community who were involved in some of Yehoshuas despicable lies.
We make it clear that if Yehoshua wants to do Teshuva from being machtee et harabeem, he must drop his
position as Rabbi in our community as per the psak of the Queens Beit Din. However, if he continues to
violate this ruling, or if he prints anymore of his publications which are full of lies and are Mevazeh Kavod
hatorah, then his misdeeds will officially be publicized around the world, including in Eretz Yisroel where his
reputation for violating the Torah is still unknown.
In addition, violating the psak will compel the Queens Beit Din to officially excommunicate Yehoshua
from the Queens community. All those who support Yehoshuas campaign in being mechalel shem shomayim
will ultimately be held accountable for being mevazeh and mezalzel the psak of the community Beit Din.
We make it clear that the Rabbonim of Queens are not obligated to respond to
Yehoshuas lies and fabrications. We did so on this occasion in order prove in a clear
fashion that Yehoshua and his supporters are very cunning and will do anything to fool
members of the community and Rabbonim in Eretz Yisroel. The next statement coming
from the Queens Beit Din will not be one responding to Yehoshuas lies but rather it will
be one pronouncing an official Cherem on Yehoshua.
On behalf of the Queens Beit Din and its leading Rabbonim, we make it clear that the case involving
Yitzchak Yehoshua has caused tremendous tzaar and agmas nefesh to the entire Queens Rabbinate and its
holy congregations. This has surely been a painful chapter in the history of our united community. However,
when the Torah is being blatantly violated by one who represents himself as an orthodox Rabbi, it is
forbidden for us to remain silent. The community Rabbonim had no choice other than to unite and put an
end to the tremendous chilul hashem that has been taking place in our midst. We pray that Hakadosh baruch
hu give us the strength to continue uniting the community in the ways of the Torah x: :x:: ;s nn:
