Work Instruction (Temporary): GT-12 Diverter damper

GT-12 diverter damper limit switches (open/close) are not working and hence provision has been made for operation from control room. However with diverter damper feedback, please OFF the ON command at end positions, with utmost care and attention. Display the following close up windows for continuous observation: 1. 12MBR10AA001_XQ60 GFD Actuator position Local Indicator should also observed . STARTUP PROCEDURE: Manual Operations during the startup 1. Put diverter damper in auto position 2. Put following close up window in manual mode a) 12MBR10AA001_XB91 : For Opening b) 12MBR10AA001_XB92 : For Closing 3. Initiate command of 12MAR10AA001_XB91 in manual mode and observe for 100% opening and limit switches feedback open position (12MBR10AA001_XG11/XG21/XG31- diverter damper CH1/CH2/CH3 open position). Then remove open command. 4. Force 12MBR10AA001_XB01 to 1 sense the combine cycle for purging. 5. Once, purging is over, initiate command of 12MBR10AA001_XB92 to 1 for closing. Once feedback observed close and channel limit switches are in closed position. Remove close command. Remove forcing of 12MBR10AA001_XB01.
