g. M/s APL informed that, regarding metering panels it will be conformed after discussion with PGCIL & the same will be informed to M/s Alstom.

2- 33kV Switchyard
a. The 33kV switchyard will be completed in all respect

&

the

same will be ready for charging by 31st Aug 2012

3- Payment related issues

a. M/s Alstom requested M/s APL to forward the 52 Lakhs hold

civil bill to accounts by 31st Aug 2012, M/s Alstom agreed to submit the required documents before 29th Aug 2012.
b. M/s Alstom requested M/s APL to certify the hold 5% civil work

by 31st Aug 2012 & same forwarded to accounts, M/s APL informed that it will be certified after completion of civil works of 400kV switchyard in all respect. Phase-II 1- Material Inspection
a. M/s Alstom requested M/s APL to inspect CB and CVT by 28th to

29th Aug 2012, APL agreed for the same.

b. M/s Alstom requested to APL for clearance of starting the work

in Phase-2 from 1st Sep 2012. M/s APL informed that, we will revert back shortly.
