With graying hair, grey prying eyes, and pale skin, his crooked form seems to beckon others to avoid his presence, lest they be met by an antagonistic personality. But Crow, as he is often called, is not all that he appears to be. Those who first meet him will take him to be a bitter man whose icy words dart in and out without much care for the people he deals with, and this is partly true, but there is also a sense of honor in him; something within his person that could make those closest to him (which seldom applies to anyone) begin to see a genuine degree of emotion and hope. Although this is of course dwarfed by his otherwise obvious bitterness and pessimism. Crows life has been one of fending for himself as a child, being tutored in magic under the protection of a Drow sorceress (whom he later killed when he realized he had been manipulated). Following his early years, Crow became a travelling mercenary, along the way he has taken many jobs and knows the unpleasant ways of the world better than most. Although he is not a very impressionable person, he does continue to follow (or at least as far as he can be considered to follow) the Drow spider-queen deity, Lolth, as he did under the Drow sorceress. While not a follower in the typical sense, Crow respects and admires Lolths well planned manipulations, having once been the victim of manipulation himself. Crow often dresses in the traditional style most normally accustomed to some form of cultist, which is how he sometimes appears to look like to most people, with faded dark clothing and black hooded cloak.
