I never use the dictionaryJ [My job] Firstly, just to for give you my resume again. Ive been working at Loreal for 3 years. Actually, Ive been working in Helena Rubinstein for 2 years. Now, Im taking part in MU part. For my mission, we make a strategy for our new launch products. My role is to develop a strategy for launching our new products Normally, color make up are decided these shades in JP. Normally, the different shades of/for color make up are decided in Japan Therefore, JP and France have really different culture sometimes. So, we research JP market and input to our international team who called DMI . DMI suggest to us the launch plan of Helena Rubinstein, than we plan the local launch plan. Actually, sometimes we have to negotiate with to DMI team and discuss a lot. For example, to develop new lipsticks, if the shades and texture are do not suit with our JP market I have to explain why we cant accept very detail to them. It is REALLY difficult to describe every detail. However, I am really really happy when I see that the customer has bought a buy product was my developed!! Which I have developed/which was developed by me
