starting date: 13/5/2007
Position:
Junior rotating equipment mechanical maintenance engineer in Middle East
Oil Refinery (MIDOR).
Responsibility:

 Execute trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of refinery’s pumps

(BOMBAS,MILTONROY,I.D.P,O.M.G,POMPE,SUNDYNE,GOULDS,WILDEN)
(repair mechanical seal, change damaged bearing, change labyrinth and check
lubrication system of pump, perform root cause analysis for pump failure,
check coupling alignment)
 Execute trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of refinery’s Forced Air
coolers (check belt and belt tension, check pulleys alignment, check blades for
cracks, check blades angles, tighten main bearing grab screw, greasing).
 Execute topping and troubleshooting of refinery’s compressors (reciprocating
NUOVO PIGNONE, centrifugal HITACHI) ( check cylinders temperature,
check lubricator, attend Major repair in reciprocating compressor ; change rider
ring, piston ring, piston packing O-rings, check cross head bearing, repair
suction and discharge valves).
 Familiar with Prepare TBT, and risk assessment, prepare work permits which
differs due to job applied, take corrective action for near miss actions in my jobs
or others jobs, and evaluate workers safety knowledge and implementation).
 Contribute in the department paper work routine such as daily progress, daily
reports, monthly reports, work orders and spare parts material list from CMMS
program (PEMAC).
 View equipment manual to determine the best and vendor maintenance
procedure and recommendations, and review equipment drawing, spare parts
list and manufacturer.
