    If you are having problems viewing video in the Six Sigma program, for example, you hear the

    audio but do not see the video and instead see this message or similar: "Video not available, cannot find 'vids:IV50' decompressor" you need to have the Indeo 5 video drivers installed on your system. For convenience, the Indeo install program is on the Six Sigma program CD, (Indeo/iv5setup.exe). GLS Bethesda, however, does not recommend you install video drivers without contacting your IT department for approval.
