DESCRIPTION The MCL range of armoured patch cords are designed to offer a more rugged alternative to standard patch cords, while keeping a similar size and form factor. Their extra strength makes them easier to install, less susceptible to accidental damage, and offers a degree of rodent proofing. The patch cords are constructed with the fibre surrounded by a helical stainless steel tape constructing a flexible tube, over which a layer of aramid yarn is laid before sheathing in a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSOH) Jacket.

Additional Information MCL Armoured Patch cords are available in a range of standard or custom lengths with a blue jacket on singlemode cables and grey for multimode, and are available in simplex and duplex configurations.
