Associated Student Government University of Arkansas ASG Senate Resolution No. 20 Author: Senator Molly McDaniel Sponsor: Senator Molly McDaniel A Resolution to Change ISIS hours Whereas, University of Arkansas has established ISIS hours that run from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Friday and from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday; and The current ISIS system is a 24-hour running system, but because of certain backup processes it is only available to students and faculty during the aforementioned hours; and Students often work and study past midnight on weekdays, yet still need access to ISIS; then The Associated Student Government recommends that weekday ISIS accessibility hours be adjusted from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. to 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. to better accommodate student schedules; and ASG recognizes a second option of extending ISIS accessibility time from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. by reducing backup time, per the Registrars approval and University technological capabilities.
