High COULD INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: Task completed individually 5 4 3 2 1 Low COMMENTS: This was a great group of individuals to work with. I felt fortunate to work with individuals who are mature and provided experience to both the planning - Tasks completed as a group process and the presentation. Individually, I helped to - Effectively applies theoretical knowledge of job tasks to the overall presentation organize the group by booking the library times, notifying the group members through text messages and providing the initial presentation summary from the textbook. Is able to complete tasks competently. Thanks to my past employment experience, I was able to offer the group several options for collaboration tools and presentation technology. I was always careful to present the options and encourage the team members to assess our options together and pick the tools as a team. As a group, we would meet to review our presentation outline on Google docs. At first, there was a bit of hesitation to use a collaborative 2.0 web tool, but I patiently waited until our next meeting. It became obvious that we needed to collaborate our efforts onto one document. When the group members began working on the same document together, there was a lot of laughing and exchange happening as we could collaborate both in person and on our presentation outline at the same time. The team members understood that this was an effective way to build a team presentation and give everyone opens access to the documentation. My individual input was the third objective addressed in the presentation.
COMMENTS: This was a simple task because the textbook clearly outlined the objectives in the beginning of the chapter. I also noted that Ben was extremely skilled at working through the materials and guiding the group on what he thought would be appropriate subject matter to cover for the presentation. Caitlyn was extremely skilled with Prezi. She immediately took the responsibility of creating the framework for the Prezi. As a group, most members were able to attend the library dates. If someone was unable to attend, then they could access our document through Google docs. Each week, we reviewed our task list and created a new task list for the next meeting. Joel created the Poll Everywhere questions. Joel did a great job of learning a new technology tool and implementing it.
COMMENTS: This is the area that I felt most comfortable with. I was careful not to monopolize the groups efforts,

Joel has extensive experience in team sports and I certainly learned a lot from both his comments and his positive body language. Overall, this was a very effective team. I was surprised when the team agreed to dress up for our presentation day. As pre-service teachers, I explained that this could assist to make each one of us feel a bit more confident. In my opinion, I think that we accomplished our objectives. I was glad to be a part of this team and I explained this before our presentation day. I was elated to be a part of this team before and after the presentation. Too bad it was only 40 minutes!

D. INITIATIVES TO BE TAKEN TO IMPROVE OR ENHANCE PERFORMANCE: I must remember that I am not the boss anymore. I have operated my own businesses for 20 years, and I am learning that I am not responsible for the overall result. I explained this in the beginning and all the team members were very patient with me. I need to practice my public speaking at every opportunity I have. I have learned that lesson planning, execution and assessment are not easy tasks. I am grateful for our team as we executed this first lesson together. I can now see how important co-teacher and collaboration will be.
