Job Title: Territory Sales Executive , Department: Sales , Reports To: Sales Manager , Direct Reports: NA , Experience &

Qualifications: MBA 0-3 years of experience(preferably in AlcoBev Industry) Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: o Achieve assigned sales targets o Ensure assigned budgets are adhered to during Primary & Secondary sales o Execute promotion activities and schemes designed for the respective brands including both on & off premise promotion o Devise creative ways to ensure and enhance brand visibility and growth at outlets and POS o Explore any pain points/bottlenecks and escalate it to higher authorities o Ensure communication of new schemes to dealers/outlet owners Plan and organize time and work route and call cycle planning (PJP) for maximum coverage o Conduct shop audits to gather data on movement of stock, availability of brands and consumption pattern for various brands o Prepare weekly reports highlighting sales figures, key issues, competitor movement, consumption pattern at the outlets, etc o . Gather market intelligence on competitors activities and keep the higher authorities informed o Prepare daily sales reports to be submitted to ASMs o Liaise with TSEs of other territories to prepare reports detailing effect of promotions and schemes of one product on the other o Ensure collection of outstanding from customers & monitor stocks at depot o Maintain good relationship with distributors, retailers and outlet owners in the respective area o Look out for opportunities to hire more shelf space for the brands and negotiate with the outlet owner on the best price ( within the assigned budget) o Handle and work to resolve customer complaints; dealer /retailer complaints
