WOULD BE BEHIND BARS

Jesus

(peace be upon him)

THIS CHRISTMAS!
Jesus ('Eesaa in Arabic) is the penultimate Messenger and Prophet of God sent to mankind. He is held by over 1 Billion Muslims worldwide in the highest esteem. Jesus, just like many Prophets before him, called his people to not only say they believe in God, but to obey and submit to the law of the Creator, he commanded good (i.e. the commands of God) and forbade evil all the while passing the message of his Lord, he guided his people to seek the pleasure of the Creator (and not just to pursue ones own selfish benefit and interest) being a model for them to follow as well as an example for those who came after him, until the advent of the Final Messenger Muhammad (SAW). Jesus struggled against the corruption of the society in which he lived the oppressive man-made law, the promiscuousness and exploitation the way the Muslims today struggle against the decadence of the societies in which we live. In the same way that alcohol, drugs, gambling and pornography have dragged todays societies into an abyss of depravity, similarly in the time of Jesus the people were prone to all kinds of evil under the hegemony of the then Roman Empire. Ultimately, Jesus and his followers were subjected to severe torture and tyranny until he was taken up by God to be sent back to mankind towards the end of time. We can envisage that if alive in the UK today, Jesus would undoubtedly speak out against the corruption of man-made law; he would be at the forefront of condemning David Cameron and the oppressive coalition government. He would expose their double standards, their exploitation and lies and rally the people against their tyranny, just like he did in the Roman Empire. In fact, he would not only be a national statesman but a global one. He would have supported the struggle of the indigenous people in Afghanistan as opposed to the capitalist driven US-led alliance. He would have supported the Palestinians being thrown out of their homes as opposed to the Nazi Benjamin Netanyahu and his nation of thieves. Wherever calls for Shariah (Islamic law) were made, whether in Nigeria, Somalia, Mali, Egypt, Iraq or Syria, Jesus would have shown his support.

So powerful would be the message of Jesus, that being a Syrian or Palestinian refugee in the UK, he would also, no doubt, have been subjected to a loyalty and allegiance test to ensure that he put Britain and Queen Elizabeth II before God. However, what is even more likely, is that a result of his staunch opposition to the brutal Western foreign policies, he would also be interned under new terrorism laws, or even kidnapped by counter-terrorism police and extradited to America to be held hostage and tortured like so many other Muslims in Guantanamo Bay. Either way, because Jesus was indeed a Muslim (submitter to the commands of God) and like the Muslims today, called mankind to obey the law of God as opposed to the law of man; and because he was labelled a radical fundamentalist and challenged, exposed and spoke out against the man-made ideas of freedom, democracy and secularism, the government of that time, because they hated his message, introduced their own anti-terror laws and interned him without trial, it was all done in an attempt to ultimately suppress the true word of God. One might argue that this is a secular society and that in the new millennium we have progressed, so that that was then and this is now. However, the nature of the divine revelation is that it transcends time so that it is as relevant today as it was at the time of the Messenger Muhammad (SAW). God sent His Messengers to mankind to guide them, to show them how to live their lives in order to satisfy their instincts, feelings and emotions in a way which gives them tranquillity and satisfaction in this life, and eternal bliss in the Hereafter. One might also argue that Christmas has nothing to do with Jesus and that it is today more a pagan festival when people merely get together to enjoy themselves and make merry. Nevertheless, it is still pertinent, at one of the few times in the year when some people at least do think about Jesus, to contemplate on what he stood for and the message that he brought in what is after all considered (particularly by the tyrant David Cameron) to be a Christian country. Just as the Muslims in the UK insist that their allegiance is to God alone, similarly Jesus asked his people to obey his Lord as opposed to weak men like David Cameron and Barack Obama who follow nothing but their own whims and desires. Muslims in the UK therefore invite the people in Britain and across the whole world this Christmas to embrace the final testimony to mankind, Islam, as a spiritual and political belief. We ask you to discover how, unlike previous Messengers who came to their own people, the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) came to the whole of mankind. And to study how, when the Islamic Shariah (Islamic law) was implemented as a law and order, far from causing people more misery and suffering, the Khilaafah (Islamic State) system brought the answers and solutions to all the problems that we still face today, such as starvation, poverty, unjust wars, torture, murder and oppression. We extend to you today an invitation to embrace the fastest growing belief in the world. www.commandersofgood.com
