L&T bags EPC World Infra Company of the Year award

Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Indias leading technology, engineering and Construction Company was named the Infrastructure Company of the Year at the EPC World Awards 2012 held at Hotel the Ashok, New Delhi. The award was presented by dignitaries Shri Harish Chandra Singh Rawat (Union Cabinet Minister for Water Resources), Shri Balbir Punj (Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha), Dr Sudhir Krishna (Secretary to the Government of India-Ministry of Urban Development) and Shri Amitabh Kant (CEO& MD-Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Ltd). N.K. Puri, JGM and Head Heavy & Light Factories, L&T received the award on behalf of the company. Every year EPC World Awards recognizes and honours the unique commitments of industrial stalwarts involved in the infra-construction segment. L&T was honoured for its strong, customer-focused approach and continuous quest for building world-class sustainable infrastructure.
